ΔΕΛΤΙΟ ΤΥΠΟΥ 26/4/2024
Ολοκληρώθηκε με εξαιρετική επιτυχία το ευρωπαϊκό πρόγραμμα κινητικότητας Erasmus + της ΣΑΕΚ Περιστερίου ως προς το σκέλος της Ροής, που αφορούσε μετακίνηση καταρτιζομένων Φυσικοθεραπείας και Νοσηλευτικής στο Montijo της Πορτογαλίας. Συνολικά το πρόγραμμα έχει τίτλο: “DIGITAL APPLICATIONS IN HEALTH SECTOR” και ο κωδικός του είναι 2023-1-EL01-KA122-VET-00014389. Η χρηματοδότηση προέρχεται από το Ίδρυμα Κρατικών Υποτροφιών και την Ε.Ε..
Στο πλαίσιο αυτό οι σπουδαστές Φυσικοθεραπείας και Νοσηλευτικής είχαν την ευκαιρία να γνωρίσουν σημαντικές πτυχές του επαγγέλματός τους και να υλοποιήσουν μια ποικιλία εκπαιδευτικών δραστηριοτήτων, όπως πρακτική άσκηση, τεχνικές επισκέψεις, παρακολούθηση εργασίας – job shadowing και εκπαιδευτικές δραστηριότητες γνωριμίας με το τεχνικό και επαγγελματικό περιβάλλον φορέων και εταιρειών.
Παράλληλα αναδείχθηκε και η σημασία της γνωριμίας με τον πορτογαλικό πολιτισμό και την τοπική κουλτούρα: η ξενάγηση στο κέντρο της πρωτεύουσας Λισαβόνας, ιδιαίτερο δείγμα τοπικής αρχιτεκτονικής και αστικού σχεδιασμού και η επίσκεψη στο Praça Comѐrcio (είναι μία μεγάλη πλατεία με θέα στο λιμάνι στην πρωτεύουσα της Πορτογαλίας, τη Λισαβόνα, και είναι μία από τις μεγαλύτερες στην Πορτογαλία. Συνορεύοντας με τον Τάγο προς τα νότια, η πλατεία είναι ακόμα ευρέως γνωστή στα πορτογαλικά ως Terreiro do Paço.), Arco da Rua August, Justa Lift, Sé Cathedral.
To πρόγραμμα ήταν απαιτητικό τόσο με πολύωρες παρακολουθήσεις όσο και με υψηλές τεχνικές γνώσεις που έπρεπε να διαθέτει και να καλλιεργήσει ο εκπαιδευόμενος για να ανταποκριθεί στην παρακολούθηση της δραστηριότητας.
Ενδεικτικά από το πλήθος των δραστηριοτήτων και των εκπαιδευτικών εκδρομών θα αναφερθούν οι εξής:
1. Visit to the Alfama and St’ George Castle.
St’ George Castle Cradle of the city”, as the locals affectionately call the ancient castle of Agios Georgios. According to historical data, a fortress existed in this location since the 5th century BC. The fortification of the Western Goths, the royal palace, the prison and the arsenal – the history of the castle will not leave anyone indifferent.
2. Guided visit to Sintra, Cascais and Cabo da Roca.
Visit to Pena Palace – Unesco heritage.
The Pena Palace of Sintra is a Romanticist castle completed in 1854. It is situated on a top of a hill above the town of Sintra and can be easily spotted from Lisbon on a clear day. The national monument known for its architectural features and vast forested park welcomes thousands of visitors every year. Located at latitude 38o 47 ́north and longitude 9o 30 ́west, Cabo da Roca is an important coordinate for those sailing along the coast, as it is the most westerly point of mainland Europe, a fact borne out by the certificates that visitors take away as a souvenir.
Around 150 metres above the sea, here you can have a panoramic view over the Serra de Sintra and the coast, which makes it worth the visit.
3. Cultural Visit to Bairro Alto and Chiado
Bairro Alto is a bohemian neighborhood where visitors can walk the uphill cobbled streets, ride the Elevador da Bica cable car, tour the majestic Church of Saint Rocco and admire the view from the São Pedro de Alcântara Garden. Many historic homes in the neighborhood have been decorated with vibrant street art. After the sun goes down, the trendy, exclusive bars are filled with a diverse crowd, while the tunes of fanto music fill the traditional restaurants.
4. Cultural Visit
Jerónimos Monastery, Bellem Tower, National Coach Museum, The Jerónimos Monastery, also called Hieronymites Monastery, is along with the Tower of Belém, one of the most visited sites in Lisbon. UNESCO declared it a World Heritage Site in 1983. This landmark is called Mosteiro dos Jerónimos in Portuguese.
Coach Museum (Museu dos Coches) Founded by the last Queen of Portugal in 1905, the museum now has a globally unique, diverse and abundant collection, including beautiful royal carriages from the 17th to 19th centuries. In 2015, the collection was moved to a new spacious pavilion located in the already mentioned Belem area.

Óbidos και Nazaré
Óbidos one of the most beautiful villages of Portugal, within the walls of a medieval castle. Obidos belonged to the defensive pentagon of the Five Castles, this by the hands of the Templars, later used as a wedding gift of D. Dinis to his wife D. Isabel, the village became part of the House of the Queens. Here we will also go to the discovery of one of the best known and appreciated liquors, Óbidos Ginja. In 2015, UNESCO considered Óbidos as a literary city as part of the Creative Cities Network program.
Nazaré Cliffs with extraordinary views of the Atlantic Ocean. Learn about the history of this coastal fishing town, a popular summer retreat away from the capital city and about another appearance of Virgin Mary—this one in 1182—and ponder this unique recurrence of divine intervention. Today Nazaré is also known for the biggest waves in the world. All thanks to the phenomenon of the Nazaré Canyon, phenomenal waves that made Nazaré famous all over the world, in 2013 the American surfer McNamara broke the world record when surfing a wave of about 30 meters in height, during the period of the year we can see them with our eyes.
Απώτερος σκοπός του συνδυασμού Μάθησης και Εκπαιδευτικών Επισκέψεων είναι η μεταφορά καλών ευρωπαϊκών πρακτικών στην κατάρτιση και η επαγγελματική αποκατάσταση των καταρτιζόμενων μας. H Ροή δείχνει την εξωστρέφεια της ΣΑΕΚ Περιστερίου μέσω της οποίας διαμορφώνονται νέες ιδέες και καινοτόμες διαδικασίες για τη βελτίωση και την αλλαγή των εκπαιδευτικών και των κοινωνικών συνθηκών.
Η ΣΑΕΚ Περιστερίου συγχαίρει όλους όσοι συνέβαλλαν για την πραγματοποίηση του σχεδίου και ιδιαίτερα τους/τις συμμετέχοντες/ουσες για τη συνεπή και υπεύθυνη παρουσία τους. Παράλληλα εκφράζει τις ευχαριστίες της προς την European Projects Development EPD, οργανισμό υποδοχής του προγράμματος, την Εθνική Μονάδα Erasmus+ και το Ίδρυμα Κρατικών Υποτροφιών (ΙΚΥ) για τη συντονισμένη δράση και την αμέριστη συμπαράστασή τους σε κάθε στάδιο του προγράμματος κινητικότητας.
